Shopping on my lunch break and my total was almost $40 I wanted to pay with a $100 she cashier stops mid sacking and stated I can’t accept a $100 bill right now I DONT HAVE CHANGE!! This is a store open to the public and it’s almost 1pm and you don’t have change!! Store number 23 on Westheimer definitely needs to do better when it comes to customer service!!!!!"
"The customers service was absolutely amazing. I needed assistance with costumes and someone was able to assist me, I was able to look at the costumes before purchasing. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that when they took your costumes to the front you had to describe your costumes which I know made it a hassle. But other than that I had a great experience"

"I’ve been to this Party City multiple times. My most recent experience deserves a mention due to the good customer service. Brianna was very helpful, courteous and patient. She was juggling in store customers while politely answering the phone. She did a great job! The store is always stocked well and has a lot of items to choose from for any event."
