"I ordered on the app and picked up in drive thru just a few minutes before I pulled up to the restaurant. When I got to the drive thru order box the person who answered was polite and courteous. I informed him I had an app order and preceded to the pick up window and the lady at the window was polite as well. The food was ready for me and the order was accurate and hot"

"Taco Bell on W. Florissant in STL, MO. I ordered a nacho bell grande & as you can see per the photo attached, there was a paper clip in my food as well. I returned it & not one apology was given. The managers even took their phones out & laughed at me. Angela was the manager & there was another manager but they refused to give her name. No one apologized & they all thought the situation was funny. Needless to say, this location is extremely unprofessional and needs a complete overhaul of new employees, starting from the MANAGERS on down."
