"Food was awful. Have been here twice in the last 3 months. Today was it. This location should be closed. Nachos Bell Grande came in a Mexican pizza box as well as the Power Bowl. They didn't have rice for the power bowl as well. It won't let me include pictures, they probably have it blocked due to poor reviews. Taco Bell is headed the way of Jack in the Box as far as locations shutting down. Even for fast food, the quality has just fallen off the cliff. The Florissant area has two Taco Bells and they are both terrible. This one is the worst of the two though. They probably need corporate to come out to this location because it needs serious customer service training and the proper way to make their food."

"If I could give a lower score I would but this is the lowest I can give! I can't really tell you how thier food tastes because I have yet to have them serve me! If you order anymore than 1 item they have some excuse why they can't serve you. This time I was fortunate (I thought) to talk to the manager about why my mobile order was never received again but No it was a large order and if they take the order now it will take a long time and they are out of some of the ingredients! So once again I leave with no food! This place puts the name of TacoBell to shame and I'm done."

"MY WIFE'S EXPERIENCE TONIGHT I have never had a more Horrible experience at Taco Bell at the Grandview Plaza in Florissant MO 63033 I have a torn ligment behind my knee, and i thought that i would take the drive through and grab some quick food and go home and finish watching a movie with my mom no i got home and my order was wrong. There were 2 cheesy grilled gordina crunches that I asked with extra beef and they were not. I got half a fry thrown in there and I wanna asked Please remake it, they waited for their whole drive through to empty out and finished their rush before they even came over to me and talked to me about my messed up order, then it took them another 5 to 10 minutes while I stood there. Waiting for my order. And then they handed it to me and I opened it up and it's missing the Baja sauce. So I tell them that they're missing it and they go hot and I'm like the spicy rancher. The manager is in the back with the door open smoking a cigarette and says, just give her the spicy ranch before she hasn't melted down and then so then they give me the food and I can here the crew laughed. Because I called it Baja sauce. I don't know the name for it. I usually just order my food, no instead I got made fun of for.not knowing what something was called I didn't know taco bell stood for bulling but I know we're to not take my money bc u won't fire people this is the internet and I am one person and now in my home town I have to avoide ur establishment ur people r horrible get it together"

"Waited in line for 30 minutes for 1 burrito!! (Only 1 other car there & 4 employees) Asked to see the manager because our food was sitting on the counter ready but she wouldn’t give it to us. A different woman (lied & said she was manager) came to the window- Cussing out my husband & I, Threatening to assault us, AND refusing to give us our food that we already purchased!! AFTER the argument, she threw our food into our car window & I then noticed that they put random sauce in my burrito to be spiteful!!! The most disrespectful and trashy tacobell I have been to!!! The whole crew needs to be fired! DO NOT GIVE THEM BUSINESS!!"
