"I bought a package with 12 balloons and two numbers. The decoration looked nice in the picture. The numbers were in the front and the balloons were in the back. They gave me the balloons and the numbers on top of the balloons and I told them that doesn’t look what is in the picture. They told me that that picture was fake and that is the way they do it. I told them that I bought that package because I liked the way it looked and they told that everyone gets it like that. Then I told them that I didn’t want it like that and they said well you already paid for that. They said I can fix it at home the way I want it. Then they tried to fix the decoration and I finally said that is ok. This was something I wanted to buy for my son in heaven. I was just going to send the balloons to him. I wanted something nice for him. I was already down and depressed and this is what I got from these girls. I felt so disrespected that I don’t want to go to this place anymore."

"horrible place to deliver to, especially if your delivering a big order for bhumi. no respect amongst the service industry don't expect much if you deliver food to this place 2$ on over 100$ worth of food. the lack of respect for people in tipped positions needs to improve"

"I hate your Halloween return/exchange policy. I just want to return some items that were never worn or even taken out of the bag but i can only do an exchange. These items arent even Haloween specific items. So dumb. You guys have plenty of money, just give me my money back. I just want to return these things and be on with my day."

"I ordered latex balloons to be filled with helium for online pick up. NEVER AGAIN will I order balloons from this location again. They were poorly filled and on the ground less than 12 hours after receiving them. It’s worth finding a dollar tree store to fill them out, cheaper as well. Clearly price doesn’t mean better quality."

"So upset. Today is my sons 21st birthday and placed an order online for balloon bouquet at 8 a.m. I am for sure I placed at Copperfield because I do live around the block. Order was sent to another store 20 minutes away and they said they could not fill my order. I paid online so I had to go pick up on my work lunch break. Party City Copperwood definitely does not work with their customers!"
