Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Place is great. I love chipotle. But one time a lady was little rude to me, I was trying to show what I need but she told me to keep my hands away from glass. It’s reasonable but she could tell me that nicely."

"I put in an online order for pick up for the first time. Usually we go in and order inside the restaurant these burritos are outstanding…..when we’re standing directly in front of the employees. When ordering 2 burritos online, it asks for the name for each item…..but when we got home neither item was marked with a name….so I’m curious as to the point of asking individual names….good thing I guessed right with the first one I picked up out of the bag, and it was only for my spouse and me. Then I got 1/3 of the way through my burrito and realized there was no more chicken….at all. I guess next time I shouldn’t add a tip because the GAF in what kind of quality they’re putting out is sub-par at best. I’ve worked in the service industry for 26 years and I’d be embarrassed with the quality that was executed this time as an employee, much less a business owner."

"Been going here for over a year and all I can say is it has become much much worse. Not only do the workers always have attitudes but are horrible with the portions. They will literally poor food out of the scoop. If you’re paying 20 bucks for a bowl at least give a full portion. I just went there just now and it was horrible I watched him smile as he gave me half’s scoops of the food. Will be driving the extra 10 minutes to the other location. Look at the bowl. Looks good right? Normal portions. No I had to asked for double everything and I can still see the bottom of the bowl"

"I don’t leave bad reviews but this chipotle is so unprofessional. I came in around 9:30 line was pretty long the man in front of me had ordered about 4 bowls and 2 burritos so sure I understand there will be a little wait. I finally get to order my food a chicken bowl and a chick quesadilla and I was told I had to order my chicken quesadilla online because it takes too long to make .. okay cool no problem y’all are busy I’ll place it online. I finally place my online order I see them start making my order they then proceed to tell me they’re out of chicken it’ll be a 15 minute wait on it after I’ve already been here for 15 minutes and ordered my bowl. They were rude about it and tried to act like I was making a big deal when I was wasn’t. I asked for a refund on my mobile order and they said I’d have to call the 1-800 # do I decided to wait cause I don’t have another 40$ to spend on food. This is how I revived my mobile order quesadilla after waiting about 45 minutes. I DONT RECOMMEND"

"The food was mediocre and the store was unfortunately just not clean at all. I was really disappointed with my experience. Probably will never be returning :( I understand it getting busy but this was just ridiculous. Someone should have taken the time to at least pick up the big trash everywhere. Definitely not what you want to see when you walk into a restaurant."
