"I went here to get my nails done 1 time very pretty second time I got long red nail. I got no chip polish and no chips bubbled up and peeled off went next day to fix only for the same thing to happen again that same day . ☹️"

"The nail tech did not speak to me at all during the whole hour and a half that she was doing my nails seemed very rude. The middle nail was very short compared to the other ones. She did not even ask me what nail shape I wanted at all and just assumed... I Did not enjoy this appointment whatsoever. How can a nail tech not speak to her client for 1.5 hours...I was just shocked and confused. It's called people skills and customer service. The tech seemed like she really did not wanna be there. I would not recommend her. I wish I got her name. The other nail lady talked to her client the whole time. It's easy to make convo when you actually like your job. If you work as a nail tech you should be able to have a conversation with the client and not just leave them bored and just staring at the wall or the TV news. The whole appointment seemed agonizingly long."

"Came back because my original gel polish was chipping off. Decided to do French instead since I did not trust going with the same color. They still charged me $20. I was never apologized to for even having to experience chipping nails after already paying $110 my first visit. (For a fill and pedicure and $20 tip.) To top it off the service was poorly done. I will never come back here again. I’ve been a loyal customer but it’s time to go elsewhere. It’s over priced and I am so upset that I was treated like this. Don’t waste your time here they don’t care about customers."
