Had an appointment scheduled 3 weeks prior with Lupe just to arrive and for them to let me know that my appointment had not been scheduled and the person who was supposed to take care of me is on vacation. When you schedule an appointment they ask for your personal information including PHONE NUMBER. Yes, pointless because they were not even able to send a text or give me a call to cancel. This place was a recommendation but if this is the start. Never again!"
