"I feel sad to have to give them a 1-star. The photo and video attached are from today, which is only 4 days since my appointment. I have challenging cuticles and had short nails, so I was very excited to finally get them done here. I got the BIAB and just asked for creamy white. As you can see on the video, the polish is on my cuticle on my thumb and all nails weren't even fully covered especially on the tip of the nails. The layers aren't even at all. Definitely not worth the $65 (tip included). I didn't bother looking at them while getting them done since I trusted their work. I guess my expectations were too high since they had really good reviews. I cancelled my pedi appt that I was also super excited for, but I didn't want to waste more money and get disappointed again."

Every detail is perfection, it lasts so long (I only have to go once a month) , and they have so many options for whatever your style. Love it here. The place is beautiful and clean and you can’t go wrong no matter who you see."
