"Everyone at the salon is so sweet. I had an appointment at 3:30 but had to wait a long time as they were still working with other customers. Some techs were bouncing between 2 customers at the same time. I didn’t get out of the salon until 30mins past closing but they were super apologetic & super sweet. They were not concerned that I was there past closing. My tech did not rush despite the fact she should have left already. In fact, even though I approved the leaf design it wasn’t up to her standards so she redid the design until she was happy with it. Needless to say I will be returning because of the quality of the nails but also the service"

"I've gotten better press on nails at walmart! I got my nails done on Sunday. Gel full set! Gave the guy a good tip and today I've had 4 nails come off already. Alot of them now feel loose. I noticed he barely put any glue on my nail either. Money down the drain. So disappointed! Never again will I come here."

"First I will start off by saying the gentleman I had for my manicure was very nice. Aside from that, I was completely rushed from the start between what color I wanted and how fast I could give him my hand and so on. Then, I had natural grown out nails when I was went in, the perfect length for me they just needed to be filed. He cut every nail down to stubs!!! I have no idea why. Then when filing made them wonky and crooked (probably because he didn’t leave much to work with). Lastly, the actual paint job is horrendous. He left layers of paint on my skin and hanging off the nails. I have heard good things about this salon but I would never want to have him doing my nails again. Not worth the $35. ***Edited to add*** they offer a discount if you leave a review while in the store. I’m guessing this is why their ratings are as good as they are"
