"Worst Customer Service. If i could give it a 0 star I would. Called and spoke to a Kathy, she said she had a 6:15 with Ty. I come in at 6:15 and said i am running a bit late (mind you a bit late could be 10-15) i asked again 15 minutes later and he said 15-20minutes.. WTH! THATS A WHOLE CUSTOMER RUNNING LATE. DONT SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR SOMEONE IF YOU ARE TAKING SOMEONE ELSE IN FOR THAT PERSON WHO CALLED FOR THAT TIME APPOINTMENT. Then kathy gets offended by me calling letting her know to not schedule people over each other. WASTING PEOPLES TIME!"

"I forget who did my nails but he did an amazing job! I walked in without an appointment and they were able to take me, I got clear acrylic and yellow French tips, turned out better than I expected. I'll definitely be back and I'llmake sure to bring cash to tip with next time"

"My daughter got her nails done here and they were incredible!!!! The service providers name was Ty. We were supposed to go back today for her follow up appointment, but unfortunately, she got very sick and we had to cancel. I hate cancelling last minute, but they were very considerate and kind. We would recommend Ty to anyone! He does AMAZING work. We will be back as soon as we are able!"
