"We could not be more pleased with our new carpet installed throughout the second floor of our home. Ken Bura at Luna was so knowledgable, responsive and professional throughout the entire process. The installation was seamless and done to perfection. What a terrific experience from start to finish! Thanks, Luna!"
"The two Installers that worked tirelessly and professionally for over eight hours installing 3 bedrooms, closets, hallway and stairs. They were efficient, clean, and quiet. They moved the furniture in all the rooms quite smoothly and without damage. They did not create any damage to the newly painted walls and baseboards. I am very pleased with their work. I am also pleased with Karen who sold me the carpet. She worked, phoned, met in person numerous times to help find the perfect carpet type, color, and texture. She made excellent suggestions based on my needs. I felt the price of this project was excellent, so much so that I didn't need to shop around. I had knowledge of carpet pricing from previous projects. I will use Luna again when I am ready to do the first floor, next."
"Luna did an incredible job listening to our thoughts, helping us select options, and installing the carpet runner. It turned out exquisite. Thanks to Karen and Jamie!"
"Very professional sales and installation. Timing was as promised; installers helped with the "squeaky" floors prior to the carpet installation. Wrapped stair treads turned out great. I definitely recommend Luna for your carpet needs."
"Filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau for the lack of accountability on the damages made during installation. Please stay away from this location and take the negative reviews seriously. The owner and sales representative of this location say they take complaints seriously but refuse to accept the issues that we experienced during this installation. They couldn’t even apologize for our dissatisfaction and used a lot of “well that’s how it’s done” or “send us photos”. Photos were sent and still no action to correct the issue. Possible OSHA violations were made by the installer carrying an enormous amount of weight on his back when delivering the carpet. Installer left in the middle of the day and the installation manager of this location claimed the installer left because his back was hurting. I’m not sure why they only hired one contractor to complete such a large job. He clearly injured himself and damaged pieces of the walls and furniture since the carpet was so large and heavy. They don’t want to pay for more than one contractor to do the job and are willing to sacrifice the well-being of their contractors and customer satisfaction. The entire process was very alarming and I’m not one to write reviews or file complaints"
