"My husband and I contracted with Mike Willis to build our new home. We were new to the area and he came highly recommended to us after completing a basement remodel in my son’s home. Mike was very patient through the land purchase, architect design work, bank approval and permitting. Once we were able to finalize all of the above, Mike was ready to start our project immediately. Especially during this pandemic, Mike was hugely instrumental in keeping things moving along on a timely manner. It wasn’t always easy to be patient waiting for things beyond his/our control, but Mike was willing to adapt to the situation. He has great subcontractors to work with as well. We had some different requirements and wishes and he made them all happen. We couldn’t be any happier with all the work he did. Mike was very responsive to all of our questions or concerns and always responded to us very quickly. If I was questioning something, he would always say “I want you to be happy.” We couldn’t ask for anything more. The exterior is not quite complete due to the time of year and weather; that should be completed in the spring. We now have a beautiful home to enjoy and it is thanks to Mike!"
