"This is my go to stop now. Last week. I had my brother wedding this weekend. So I recently visited EM Lash in Plano, IL for brows, lashes, waxing, and a facial—couldn't be happier! Before I used to go to Montgomery which is far, Plano is like 10 min to me I decided to go here. I found out that I was missing out here and wasting my gas all this time because I need to get my brow and tinted every single week. The lady is skilled, providing precise brows, beautiful lash extensions, and smooth waxing. The facial was amazing , leaving my skin glowing. Highly recommended!"

"they usually get my eyebrows done within a few minutes and is usually okay. but this time it was taking her a long time. and within that long time she kept asking and asking if she could do other parts of my face to which I kept saying "no" to. a bit difficult to understand at times but evidently she kept going higher on my eyebrows and I would tell her to stop yet she kept doing it. not only did my eyebrows look horrible (they're so thin now. it's going to take months to grow out and very uneven) -- I literally cried in my car. she gave me a mirror to look into beforehand but I was so embarrassed I didn't say anything. if that time was spent doing what I came in for instead of asking to do other things that I didn't want, maybe just wouldn't have happened. it's very disappointing because there aren't good places that do actual good brows in the area."

"Not sure how to rate this..came in today around 12ish got a full set of extensions.. the girl there was so nice and friendly. Also got a my brows waxed . It all looked great until I washed my face and no didn't scrub my eyes but eyelashes fell out Was alot of money to have for not even a whole day"
