"Unfortunately I have not found a good item I have cared for, pretty bland or off in some way.. as for the service, the handful of times I’ve gone they have always been polite and prompt. I’ve always been offered an “upsell” in a polite way. The blended pb cup is my favorite! I’ve only tried a few other drink and keep coming back for this one."
"very good service great drinks. food ok. too expensive but drinks cost as much as star bucks. but good coffee . love peanut butter cup blended coffee. its awesome"
"I was really hoping to find some place that competes with Starbucks. Unfortunately, the coffee is very weak. I ordered a hot white mocha and it was like watered down coffee with white chocolate. My mom ordered the iced caramel and it was watered down. Cookies are good and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, prices are the same as Starbucks for mediocre drinks."
"My wife and I love their maple waffle sandwiches, and used to really enjoy their beverages, but the nitro cold brew was out of commission for a couple months. Now the $5 coffees seem to only be filled to about $3, refer to picture. Otherwise I still enjoy the taste, and quality, but a bit of quality control on portion size goes a long way for a consistent product."
