I usually never trust anyone with my makeup, however, Luis always manages to surprise me with his skills and makes me look beautiful! He’s also an amazing colorist and hairstylist. If you’re in Aurora or surrounding, I definetly recommend giving Luis a try."

"This was a horrible experience for my mom. We made an appointment with Luis and said he will personally do my moms hair and that day of her appointment he told my mom that Karen would do her hair that not to worry that she does an “excellent” job. He couldn’t do it because he booked another girl. Karen wasn’t professional at her job my mom noticed that Karen was wiping her highlights with a towel and covering her roots with black instead of a Carmel blond that my mom had asked for and that’s when my mom said something is wrong. Luis didn’t do his job right by letting my mom walk out the door happy like how all hairstylist should do. When Karen finished my mom told her that the highlights looked washed off and wasn’t to her root it looked like she hadn’t done her hair for months. They still made her pay full price and on top of that they pressured her to tip Karen. My mom at this point had enough. It was almost $300. My mom literally left crying because of how horrible they treated her and how bad of a job they did. Luis said he’ll book her again to fix it but she’ll have to pay tip.again she went and what a surprise Luis didn’t touch my moms hair it was Karen. This time she left my moms highlights to thick and the blond looked to washed off like if they use cheap products. This place just cares about the money and don’t even care to put in effort on your hair don’t recommend this place at all. Waste of money and waste of time"

"I had a really good time they really took care of my necessities when I’m always needed somebody to get me ready for my wedding and I booked them last minute. They were really reliable they did the work that I asked for actually that there are phenomenal job I highly recommend them."

"They give you an appointment and forget about it. The person who give appointment is very desorganízed. They give you the prices after they finish the job and not taking into account how long or short is the hair. They do not accept complain once they have the money in their pocket they do not care if the customer like or not the job performed. They charge the same price for cutting long and lot of hair than cutting shirts and little hair. Less job, less product needed and less time for the same price as if you have long, lot of hair. A fair professional analyzes your hair and give you price. Once I complained they asked me to go look for other hair salon to pay less. They were very priced for the job performed. I have done my hair always the same job $120 $150 they charged $267 Tip included which was my mistake. I talked with owner about this bad experience and he ask me to go look other hair salon. Almost $300. For same job I pay $150 is Insane I was very dissapointed. They never said the price in advance .. I did once color and it was $120 but yesterday they got $267 in one hour job."
