"Incompetence and false statements abound. They stole my money and I got nothing. Their shipper is incompetent and lies. Avoid doing business here at all costs. At least I got off reasonably cheap compared to what business I was ready to start doing here. Nice they add a little quip to pretend like they care about their customers. I can assure you that I have reached out to your company and this review is a result of your companies actions. They don't care one bit if you get what you ordered. They stop replying to emails when you have an issue. Avoid at all costs."

"Great place to be If you want great prices and a staff that will support you. I haven't been to the new location but I did alot of business with TS Distributors a couple of years ago. I definitely felt like they weren't in it solely for the money and that they want you to be successful. I went by their old location and they weren't there anymore. I didnt know they moved! Will be visiting new location soon!"

"Their website says: "Purchase One Piece or a Truckload No Minimum Order - Small Sales Welcome" However, it didn't quite feel that way when I went to buy material for a project as a hobbyist welder. The service person interrupted our transaction to take care of a customer that was behind me in line. I had a small purchase, but I think this is unacceptable. The service person also made a comment about my use of a credit card for my small purchase noting that they incur credit card fees. She asked if I had cash, but I declined. Because I had a small purchase, I was half-hoping that I would be dispatched more quickly when I went to pick up the material. Other customers were picking up 10-20 times more materials than I was and I had to wait for all of them to be done, but that part is not a big deal to me. They get 3 stars only because their prices are really good compared to big box stores, though I don't know how they compare to other metal suppliers."

"Raw steel supplier open to the public at tree cheapest price I have found in cook country. Great selection of steel and fence supplies. Super Friendly staff, (ask for Darla or Trouble..Lol) fast service, and super clean showroom and sales floor. I highly recommend this company for all of your steel needs."
