"Being a local store for me, I have to at least give the location three stars because they often have “that one part” that I need for critical repairs. I do have to drive to a further Ace or a big box store for a comprehensive parts list for a project. Employees are friendly and I’m usually asked at least once if I need help finding anything. Few stores even do this anymore. I couldn’t find silicone grease at another Ace before they closed but it was logically arranged for me to find it easily at this one. They’re just reliable…The store is dated looking but I’m not hosting a party there, so if they have what I need, that’s good enough. I recommend changing the name in Google Maps from “JC Licht Ace Oriole” to “Ace Hardware” because no one is going to find it with that cryptic name and it doesn’t appear on signage outside the store. I often wonder if Google found the right location in my search and have to double check when I look up store hours or other info."
