"Rude and unhelpful staff. We were told ABC was open to the public and had a showroom. The man behind the counter couldn't even stop having a conversation with another staff member to help us out. They just stared at us and contined complaining about another customer's account. When asked about looking at sample shingles, he rolled his eyes and said he would have to go "all the way to the back" to get them. When asked if we should just go somewhere else, he smiled, shrugged his shoulders and threw his arms up in the air. So disappointing."
