"We had a fantastic experience buying our granite countertop for our bar from Surface Solutions! We previously went to a different countertop store and were rudely told that we needed an appointment, and that we would have to call back to make that appointment. Upon the recommendation of a friend, we called Surface Solutions and asked if we needed an appointment. We were told to come on by and they would be happy to show us their inventory. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by Eric who was so nice and incredibly helpful during the whole process. We picked out our granite slab that same day, the next day someone was over to take measurements, and two weeks later it was installed. Every aspect of the experience was top notch, and the prices were very fair. Our granite countertop looks great! Would highly recommend Surface Solutions!"

They allowed us to pick a slab right from their showroom floor since we liked that specific piece. they also worked with us to get the installation completed before the holidays when we were due to welcome our second child. The installation process was very fast and professional. everything fit snug and was exactly measured using their laser measuring method. Couldn’t be happier with the end result. We spent several days shopping around and looking at slabs and getting quotes from as far as ohare airport area. In the end we choose Surface Solutions based on their quality selection of slabs and their professionalism. In cost they weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t the most expensive either. In our opinion the extra service, quality, and expert installation was well worth the extra few hundred bucks we might have saved. "While selecting the countertop from Surface Solutions was a good experience, the installation was another story. The countertops were installed with a 4 inch backsplash, but the installers did not caulk around the boarder. After leaving a voicemail and several emails, I was told that caulking was not included per the contract. This wasn't something that I'd anticipated nor did I look for that in the contract. Surface Solutions never offered to come and complete the project -- nor did they offer the service at a cost. Very dissapointed."
