"My company has been a client of Grainger for more than 20 years. In the past, I never had any issues with Grainger. In the past few years, they have neglected their customer service aspect of the business and have hired individuals who really struggle with simple tasks. I have called 3 times to have them save my credit card on file. The 4th time I called I had an urgent part to order. Due to the THREE employees who were suppose to do ONE THING, I was not able to place an order because it turns out my card was never saved. My card is not on me and because of not being able to place an order, Grainger has caused my company great issues. This is so disappointing to see this company slowly go down the drain. I prefer to spend extra money to go elsewhere where this type of unacceptable situation does NOT occur."
