"Office hours are not accurate"

"I contacted/spoke with US Heritage group through email and phone many times (Jim Lemanski) with a very specific issue that was explained to them in great detail to make sure I was talking to the right people and was reassured that for their top of the line test ($1500 then) US Heritage was the company that would solve my problems and give me all the needed information/proof of defect in writing that would help correct my issue. (New Home, under a year old with fretting/washing out mortar and builder who backed out of fixing it) Jim Lemanski discussed with us at length mortar freezing, not enough water added to mix.. they would figure it out and report it when actually they could only produce what it was composed of. Many Samples were sent in and we received a very specific report about the make up of the mix and nothing else. Low water in mix and freezing wasn’t something that could be reported stated their tech Tai Olson, so it was useless against the builder and leaving us $1500 poorer and feeling scammed. We did not even get the 10 pounds of matching mortar that was part of the contract until multiple emails over 6 months finally got them to ship it. Arbitration against builder without US Heritage’s report got issue fixed thank God. Thought I washed my hands of US Heritage never to hear from them again, until today when I received several emails from Jim Lemanski that we’re perfect fakes that have a document needing to be signed, docusign links were redirects to multiple malware sites gleeze.com..etc. The detail to the information in the emails could lead somebody to believe USHeritage’s user information was hacked."
