"I really like the service and attention of the staff to the customer. I like that they have moral and Christian values, so I can trust them with my well-being and health. The reception staff is not pleasant at all, but they do help. I like that they have a special insurance program for non-citizens."

"First time patient at the Dean Martin location and despite the negative reviews of wait times and staff I personally had a very pleasant experience. I was attended and seen at a very reasonable time and all of the staff and Dr. Ramos were extremely helpful and addressed all of my questions. I have to thank the membership they offer for allowing me to have healthcare at an affordable price as well, because without it I would still be wondering what to do about my condition. 5/5 from me. "Dean Martin location has the most unprofessional, unwelcoming staff I've ever had to deal with at any doctors office. You check in & the front staff sometimes don't even look at you when talking to you & same when checking you out. Another bad experience I had was when I went in for blood work one morning and the assistant that was going to be taking blood from me seemed like she wasn't paying attention when doing the procedure as she was talking & laughing with her coworkers because it was Halloween & she missed the 1st time she poked me and then just bluntly told a coworker you do this I can't & proceed to leave without telling me anything and went to do festivities with the other coworkers. Even when they call you by phone you can tell that the professionalism isn't there. It's a shame because most of the time when someone is at the doctors office they're in a pretty vulnerable state as they don't feel well so it's unfortunate that you don't get a good experience when going to this location. I'd definitely recommend going to the Rich Beem location over this one, they're a lot nicer and welcoming."

"Ms. Ramos is such an amazing Physician Assistant and a great asset to this office. Praying she'll never leave, being she's the only medical staff who has finally figured out how to control my thyroid issue. No other PA or doctor ever has. The staff is alright, even though I don't know them. They change staff frequently. I used to know and love the old & stable ones years ago."

"I’ve been a patient of them for about 2 yrs now , I’ve enrolled in their membership plan as well . I really like their Olán it’s convenient when you’re not insured elsewhere. Staff is nice and courteous. My issue is the fact excessive wait when you are there even with an appointment! I had an appointment for an annual exam I waited on the room for a good hour to finally get my blood work done . Whole visit was close to 2 hours . That’s way too long ."
