"They did not deliver on items in the quote and when we called them on it, they did not have a record of the itemized bill and therefore said they has no way to verify what was supposed to be installed and would not fulfill the order. Also, we were promised that they would come back to install part of the delivery at a later date and they went back on that promise and did not perform the work that they had previously said they would. It is definitely a shady operation and what they say cannot be trusted. I advise everyone to stay away! To respond to their comment.... Yes we did contract Material Systems through a 3rd party and yes they were bought out. However, Material Systems did acknowledge that they did have the same agreement we signed in their possession as well as a spec sheet of what was supposed to be done and where it was to be placed. They said that to remedy the situation they would need to refer back to the other company that hired them knowing full well they were sold because they did not want to complete the work they were hired to do. As far as the inaccurate and slanderous remarks made by Material Systems. That just shows the professionalism of this company that they would resolve themselves to lies to make the situation here seem dysfunctional. It was clearly laid out what was supposed to be done and they violated that. When I came back and realized what was incomplete, I contacted them immediately and they played dumb. Like I said, very professional. There are plenty of reputable companies out there that do not give you the trouble or the grief that this one did. Like I said before STAY AWAY"
