"Sad to say all Dr. Torres really cares about is money just like the clinic/Tenet smh. Mind You he HAD been my DR going on 20 yrs.!! I have PCOS so I can’t have children; so clearly getting my annual exam is no longer priority to him/Tenet because they can’t make MORE money off me. those are just my female problems. I haven’t been seen in over seven years. Due to Covid I have asthma so that’s my problem for sure I know, but there was a plethora of insurance issues. I wasn’t the only patient having issues there was another patient. They were still having a hard time but because she does have insurance and I’m under Medicaid a woman’s coverage anyways. Because she has private insurance Of course they were trying to nickel and dime her for every little charge that could possibly have in order to get more money. SMH. Thank you #Abbott SMH. All Texas will ever care about is white men. Period.#TyAbbott#TYGOP and truly is a man’s world just like this song…smh."

"It was going to be my first time going to this office and I'm glad I dodged the bullet especially because of all the negative comments I've read about this place, they wanted to charge me around $200 just to be seen. I told the girl at the front desk that I wanted to cancel my appointment because I don't have the money and she seemed to be bothered by it."

"Its very disappointing that people take their time from work for these appointments to just be rescheduled. I go in with my son and the lady in the front ask me if anyone is here to watch my son cause he cant enter with me. First of all no one told me anything about no kids being allowed to begin with even way before other appointments I've had at this clinic . She said due to covid ok I get it my son was wearing a mask just like me …. If thats the case they need to train their staff to make it protocol to always mention this to your patients . People work and cant just always miss work due to their staff not doing their job right. Never coming here again."

"If I could, I would give 0 stars. It was such an unpleasant visit, and would never recommend this place to absolutely anyone. For starters, I called multiple times to make an appointment, and no ene ever picked up the phone. I ended up going in person to make the appointment, and the staff was incredibly rude. On the day of my appointment, I went with my mom, since I am 18, and I began to feel very dizzy and un welll, the front lady doing the insurance paperwork, was very rude to me and they were completely negligent to me when I told them I was not feeling well, so I ended up sitting down, while my mom talked to them, and they very rudely told her she had to go wait outside of the office since she was not patient, but I did not feel well and she wanted to stay with me. They ended up allowing her to stay for a bit, but this should not even have been a question, since I am her daughter. I understand that because of Covid there are more precautions being taken, but the manner in which they treated both me and my mom is completely unacceptable. My appointment was supposed to be at 3:15pm, and it was 3:55pm and I was still waiting, and continued to feel dizzy. My mom went up to the front desk again to ask how much longer, because I was not doing well, and one of the ladies told her that if I was as sick as she was saying, we should stop bothering them and she should take me to the emergency. I did not go there feeling ill, I got dizzy at the doctor’s office, and the fact that they did not care and told us to just leave, is pure patient neglect. We decided to leave without seeing Dr. Montes, because I did not feel well and because they refused to let my mom go in with me, even though this was my first time ever going to the gyno and I wanted her to go in with me. When we asked for our money back and to cancel the insurance payment since I was not treated with respect and did not see the doctor, they refused, and told us to sit and wait until they were about to close the office, if we wanted our money back. We left anyway because I could barely stand from how dizzy I was, and I could not continue waiting. They pretty much stole our money since they refused to give it back. The two front desk women were disgusting and rude, the way they treated me was horrible, and the way they spoke to my mom was what made me the most mad. My mom was there to take care of me since they were so neglectful and did not care one bit that I did not feel well. I had to end up going to my general doctor who is also in that building to get treated because they refused. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE. There’s a reason they have such low ratings. I have never been treated so horribly and seen adult women act in such an immature way, specially at a doctor’s office, when their job is to make sure patients are comfortable no matter how big or small their pain may be. I will be reporting to the board."

"I've been seeing my Dr more these past few months and these visits are pretty frustrating. The staff answers my phone call only after the 8th consecutive time because they're "so busy." There are some rude staff members at the front desk and the wait time has ridiculously increased. My Doctor, Dr. San Miguel doesn't take the time to explain anything to me the way I feel a Doctor should. This will be my last year being his patient, I will definitely be finding a new Gynecologist."
