"I’m not sure if this negative review should completely reflect on Dr. Regalado as a medical professional. However how can she be a good doctor if she maintains and hires such an incapable staff. If you want to make an appointment with doctor Regalado, it’s going to be 2-3 months out and if you need to speak to a member of her staff, it’s almost impossible. I left 17 messages before I left this review requesting, even begging to get a call back and I never did. So as a professional in a different career, I am only as capable as the staff that assist me. So with that in mind I give Dr. Regalado one star only because I cannot give her zero. With all the primary care physicians in El Paso, I advise everyone to stay clear of Dr. Nora Regalado and Universaty Medical Center in North West El Paso altogether. As a patient you deserve respect and you will not get it from these people."
