"I have been seen by Dr. Feinstein during my second pregnancy. I am 33 weeks pregnant currently. I have had multiple appointments and each time have been greeted with rude ultrasound techs. I will say Dr. Feinstein has been great, knowledgeable, and pleasant each time. However, the ultrasound techs are not personable, and even come off rude/cold. We are a military family who just moved to the area. I have a 12 month old and the office does not allow children back there. My husband has been on temporary duty leave until recently and has not had the chance to see our second son in an ultrasound until today. While Dr. Feinstein allowed him to come back with our son this once today- the ultrasound tech was just rude and didn’t even show our son’s face on the ultrasound to my husband. For an office whose sole purpose is to bring a child into this world, it BLOWS my mind how rude and unfriendly their staff is to children. My son that came back was extremely well behaved during the ultrasound today. It’s very disheartening being treated this way, especially when we’re in a situation with no family or friends that could watch our son. In the economy we live in today- child care is extremely expensive and on a fixed income it’s difficult to budget for that as a stay at home mom. The office doesn’t provide anyone to watch your child, but does not allow children in the back. In my opinion, you’re just treated differently if you bring in your child into the waiting area versus if you didn’t. As I said, Dr. Feinstein has been very knowledgeable, however, if you are a military family or in the same predicament that we are, I’m not sure this is the office for you."

"I just want to say that this place was definitely the best. After being recommended for a diagnosis, they made sure my baby was great and gave accurate information that helped ease my mind as a mommy to be. Very thankful for him. The nurses were great as well."

You do not feel rushed by anyone while your here, they see you on time and will answer all and I mean all of your questions. Dr Feinstein is the best he answered all of our questions and was explaining every as we were seeing it on the screen he is a great doctor! Thank you for making our experience with you wonderful."
