Reviews
"I had an unpleasant experience, where I consistently felt like an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. During my visits, there was a noticeable lack of empathy and consideration. My appointments felt rushed, leaving me with unanswered questions and a sense of frustration. I would not recommend services."
"I changed doctors after just one visit with Dr. Moreno. By far the worst experience anyone could ever have. My first visit with the doctor was right after being discharged from the hospital where I was told I was experiencing a miscarriage. I was the only patient in the office that day and the doctor was upset with her staff for scheduling me because she was due to leave early for the day. I could hear her yelling at the staff from the waiting room. I was rushed to an exam room and the doctor said out loud "lets see if there is even a heartbeat". She spent about 10 mins on me and left for the day. I changed doctors and went on to deliver a healthy baby. She is not deserving of the one star review."
"I would give a negative review if possible. The office staff was always very nice and professional, but I cannot say the same for Dr. Moreno. I have a history of health issues and have seen many doctors over the last 20 years - Dr. Moreno was the least concerned for my well being of any of them. After 4 appts I maybe spent a total of 15 minutes talking to her. I felt rushed thru my appts that only lasted around 5 minutes. I left every appt feeling like she didn't listen to any of my concerns, she gave short explanations to the serious and complicated issues I am dealing with and provided no clear treatment plan except that she didn't "want to see me again for a year". She was condescending and it felt like it was a chore for her to take the time to explain things to me before she would rush out of the exam room - one time while I was still talking to her. She completely blew me off when I voiced concerns over one issue in particular and didn't want to test me even though my symptoms were obvious. Now that I have a new doctor who actually listened to my concerns and tested me, I was 100% right about what was going on in my body. As a result of Dr. Moreno's negligence I have been in pain and dealing with very scary symptoms for an entire year. Now I am dealing with insulin resistance and pre-diabetes due to this issue not being treated. This all could have been resolved if she had listened to me and taken into consideration my list of very obvious symptoms in the first place. My current doctor is appalled that Dr. Moreno didn't catch this a year ago. On top of all of this I am still receiving bills from her office which leads me to believe that she is only after money and could care less about her patients' health."
"I only had one appointment with Dr. Moreno, it was over the phone (my choice), and she was responsive to my questions, and evidently cared enough to explain my miniscule treatment thoroughly. It’s her OFFICE STAFF that are unorganized, enormously rude, and incompetent. Specifically, JEANNETTE. I had scheduled an annual exam with Dr. Moreno in May (for June), however, the day of my appointment my family member experienced an assault and I had to cancel the appointment. This was done AT LEAST 6 hours before my appointment. I had no problem with it being labeled a no-show, I get it. But JEANNETTE, the scheduling manager I guess, rudely asked if I wanted to reschedule and I respectfully told her yes, and that since I specifically wanted to be seen by Dr. Moreno, I’d have no problem waiting a couple months to see her again. They previously have constantly pressured me to be seen by an alternative male doctor, but there was just no way I’d do that. At the end of this conversation with Jeannette, she told me “well, Dr. Moreno won’t be available for the rest of the year” which I know is a lie by her attitude. THIS is the inconsiderate, snobby treatment you’ll receive for giving this doctor’s office business. Good luck."
"De. Moreno always has short wait times at her office. She performed my surgery at Providence Memorial medical center. She communicated with me while waiting for my surgery. She called me to let me know what was going on when the hospital was running behind. She is friendly and takes the time to answer my questions. I would recommend her to any of my family member."
