"The office admin were great but Dr Hernandez was lacking in considerations and manners. What stood out to me most is I nearly fell over from dizziness due to my pregnancy, which she was present for. In hind sight she could have offered to send for an uber or lyft as the hospitals do or suggest that I be sent over to the hospital next door. Yes, the blood volume increases as the body expands and dilutes, and the organs work hard for 2, but make some suggestions for safety and even health, supplement increase wouldn't be a bad one for someone who reports a history of passing out and turning blue in a passed pregnancy. And add an a/c unit or fan to the rooms during hot days"

"Unfortunately our experience has been incredibly unpleasant. Every encounter seems to get worse! Office employees are disrespectful and show a complete lack of interest in their profession. Long wait times, poor communication. Making patients feel like a burden is completely unacceptable and unprofessional."

"I wouldn’t recommend her at all. She has no bedside manners, she is always in a rush, she literally sees your for less than 5 mins after making you wait for her for over 30 mins. I felt like I was just a number to her and not actually a patient. If you are looking for someone who is compassionate and truly cares for her patients I truly recommend you go somewhere else."

"Dr Hernandez took care of me during my first pregnancy this past year and she is a rockstar! Her staff is kind and knowledgeable and always answered ALL of my questions. Being in El Paso away from my family for my husbands job made me so nervous to have a baby alone but she took great care of me and i hope she can take care of my next baby too!! I love this office and can’t wait to go back."

"The waiting times Is better than with other Doctors. Doctor Hernandez is a caring individual. I've noticed that she is the only physician in the office and she still manages to call back to give me results and answer all questions I have.And if doctor gives a diagnosis she gives the appropriate treatment for it. All in all I enjoyed the experience I had at the office ."
