"If I could leave a no star I would. Terrible service. One lady at the window was very rude, and couldn’t make eye contact when I was talking to her. She was working at 8 pm. Was notified that 2 people may stay in the room while the mother is expecting delivery. Was supposed to stay the night with my son and daughter n law, as I was told that I could go get a blanket and some water, and still be able to come back in. But then the lady at front desk told me I couldn’t when she knew I was just getting the blanket, to stay the night. Horrible place and service will notify family and friends to not come here."
"I am always seen 50+ minutes after my appoitment time. But if you arrive 15 min late your appoitment gets cancelled."
