"I couldn’t recommend Dr. Child’s & the rest of the staff enough. She’s hands down the best Dr. I’ve ever had & would definitely recommend this office to any girl!"
"Hopefully the doctors here aren’t as rude as the receptionist who answered me. She was very dismissive and just told me that they couldn’t offer me any kind of services and didn’t even listen to the simple thing I wanted. Called another doctor at another hospital whose receptionist actually listened to me and and much happier without going to this clinic."
"My mom had an appointment 2 weeks ago but it turned out she was at the wrong office. The receptionist who assisted her was helpful and amazingly nice. She took the extra step in locating the office where my mom needed to be. It later turned out the Dr. she had an appointment with used to be in the other office she was at. Thank you Yadira for treating my mom as she was yours and directing her to where she needed to be. Not a lot of people go out of their way to be kind and human. I hope that all can see your amazing kindness. It was like speaking to a family member."
"First time pregnant with twins and I absolutely love the service Dr Ramírez provided me with. He was very nice understanding and professional. He carefully listened to me and answered all of my questions. Plus the office is extremely clean very spacious and comfortable."
"I was pregnant with my first baby, and my Doctor wouldn't be able to help me deliver, so he recommended Dr Ramirez, I looked for reviews, and they were all good, so I decided to make an appointment. First visits are always strange. It was quick, and he asked some questions like what hospital I had chosen. After that, he asked if I had any questions, but he was dismissive, I had a couple more appointments on which my husband was never allowed. In one of them, they left me in a room connected to a monitor for what he said would be 20 min. They forgot I was there for at least 2 hours until some other employee needed the room. They helped me, apologized, and I just gave him another chance. That would be the worst decision ever. He said that I was ready to deliver when I wasn't. They had to induce me. My epidural made me faint, and when I came back, he was ready to perform a c-section. My husband obviously was concerned and confused and asked him a question to what he said "you're not my patient, she is" so i had to ask if I was still able to deliver, he said, "I'll be here tomorrow at 9 if you don't want to deliver you'll have to pick someone else, cause they called me saying you were unconscious and I had to leave my family dinner to come and now you're all good?". The next morning, I delivered and thought it was finally over, but since I had an episiotomy, he would have to check the wound, and I was convinced that it would be the last time I'll see him, I went to that appointment and pretty much force me to pick an IUD saying that I had to have one if I didn't wanted to end up with a bunch of kids. Like my baby wasn't planned, we waited 4 years to have her. But still, I was stupid enough to have it. Then my doctor was finally able to see me, and I told him what had happened and he was really upset about the whole situation and apologized, but I was still possessing everything and so happy to have a healthy baby that I let it go. Unfortunately, I started getting infections, around 6 months of treatments that wouldn't make any difference, and asked my doctor to just remove the IUD. I was suspicious of it, and for me, it was a reminder of him too, and IT WASN'T INSERTED CORRECTLY. He removed it, and the infection finally went away, we were all upset and in shock, I was so tired of everything that I just wanted to forget, but it always bothered me that if someone had written a review like this I would have the courage and time to change doctors. So I really hope this helps someone who's feeling something is off, and please, don't let anyone invalidate your feelings. Pregnancy is one of the best stages in life, and I'll know better if we decide to have another baby."
