"I have been trying to have my birth control replaced and have been going back and forth with the front desk for 2 months. I have to continue to call to get an update on the order of my Nexplanon, if would be nice to get at the very least an update so I know they didn’t just forget about me. There’s no communication between the office staff. Super frustrated that they have made this so much more complicated than needed Edit: I finally got it done! I love coming here, staff is super nice. Only thing I would change was the communication within the office. Once I left this review and Yvette was aware of my situation was when the ball started rolling"

"All of the staff was very polite and helpful: the receptionist, the nurse, the doctor, and the phlebotomist. I had the appointment saved in my calendar after scheduling, but I think it was really helpful that they sent reminders about the appointment via e-mail, text, and call. Really, there's no excuse to not give them the courtesy of canceling if you can't make the appointment. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment, and I was out and enjoying the rest of my day in an hour. I appreciated all of the communication throughout the procedures and all of the information and input I received. I will definitely be back should I need any more procedures or exams that can be done there."

"The best experience I have ever had in any providers office! Dr. Jiang is very attentive, thorough, caring, professional (while also making you feel comfortable), and extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend if you are in need of an OB-Gyn. I strongly believe establishing a great rapport with a provider is important; I am happy I found a provider I can do that with. The office staff was also amazing; making sure you had everything you needed and being well taken care of, making you feel welcomed, and comfortable. Thank you all for everything!"
