"Do not purchase anything from here the 1 star I had to give for the installer. We've had an issue since day 1 that was 2 years ago. The installer new the carpet had issues and called to ask if they should put it down still well they gave them the ok to install it. We have had it them come back 2 times then said if you can't live with all the hopes coming up they will just exchange it out. So I finally called waiting long time For them to even get back to me regarding if they were going to come out and look at it then Doug I Family said the manufacturer will just take it off the pictures you sent me instead of them coming out because then it end up pulling and don’t even don’t believe about the 10 year warranty and the year to installation problem issue because it really doesn’t hold up they say it’s really nothing doesn’t mean anything a 10 year warrant. So they end up replacing it and charging us $150 but that’s what he first said on the phone then when I got installed it went up to $200 I kept going up and up then they came to install it was ready to pay and he said no ma’am we don’t take money when we have to reinstall carpet and I said OK so I call dad he got very upset with me regarding what happen the receipt has zero on there and so then I end up having a procedure my husband Was supposed to call him back regarding the $150 and talk to him about it he literally just yelled at me like I’m some kid threatened to come to my home. Very bad quality in their merchandise and very bad business like attitudes even when you walk in there they’re all miserable to even be there."
