"Worst service I've ever experienced. Called for about 20 to 30 minutes and no one answered the phone. Couldn't get a life person to order parts"

"Mike O at the will call counter makes this place run. His knowledge about parts and or part numbers is unmatched in this industry. I know when Mike isn’t there because there’s always a line of people that moves slowly when he’s not around. When Mike is there he immediately greets me and has my material ready for me quickly, that means a lot because sometimes I’m in a rush, oh and there’s never a line of people waiting mainly because he gets people in and out and knows how to do his job better then anyone. I’ll continue to go to Graybar for all of our material needs as long as Mike O is running the will call counter."

"Exceptional service and customer care, Mike at the front is very knowledgeable and will work with you to figure out the right tool/part for what you need and with following up with your orders if they are being delivered to the store, Rod and Joe on the sales side have been great to deal with and if you are a business they will treat you right and facilitate acquiring what you need for your business needs. Only thing I wish they do is have more stock at the store, saves me time waiting for deliveries or a trip to the Joliet distribution center if I was in a hurry and needed something same day."

"Graybar Electric Supply sold my husband faulty connectors for $96.90. They didn’t work when he tried to use them and when we went to return them, with the receipt, they would not refund our money. He has been an electrician for 30 years and will never go back here. I tried to talk to a manager but there were no managers in so I was given two phone numbers, neither manager answered and I haven’t gotten a call back. The product as well as the customer service was unsatisfactory."
