"i got my hair done by Brittany and i think she’s really cool and was nice to talk to. but my appointment was supposed to start at 10:45 and i had to wait an hour to be seen. i asked for black hair with like a blue tint in it and after she dyed it it was still brown somehow. then i had to wait like an extra 30 minutes for someone to go buy more dye from the store and finally she re-dyed it and it was black but definitely no blue in it. i just think paying $120 for hair color is steep if it doesn’t come out as i ask for and there’s not a whole lotta hair to dye anyways. in total i stayed like an extra 2.5 hours too. i got bangs and said i wanted them right above my eyebrows but she cut them way too short. i didn’t say anything bc it’s not like it can be undone and at the end i just took what i could get. overall it was just aggravating and i feel bad writing this because I liked her as a person yanno? and ik it’s hard running a business and services but i just think it’s important to note and wish i went somewhere else in all honesty. not to be a karen but it was just really disappointing."

"I got a haircut from Aubry, it was the worst haircut ever. I showed her several pics and she said she knew exactly was I was looking for then proceeded to cut my hair like she really didn't want to do it. When I stated that the haircut was nothing like the pics I showed her I got serious attitude. I have a patch of hair on the side of my head that's an inch and a half longer than the other side. Wow!! Unbelievable. Then the manager told her to send me out the door she didn't want to deal with me! I won't go back to Hotheads if someone paid me. All I can say is thanks for the lousy haircut. . To the salon owner, it's pretty funny how you blame the client instead of your incompetent stylist, my hair is not evenly cut and my bangs are super short on one side of my head. And it's crazy funny , you told me "I tell my clients to run their hands thru their hair so they can tell if the hair cut is right." I may have showed her plenty of pics but never did I say just make it look good. I wanted a choppy, messy cut and a got the exact opposite. And you have the nerve as a business owner to be so nasty. PEOPLE BEWARE!!!"

"Experience was great as well as the hair cut. The stylist was very friendly and chatted alot. Only issue I had was the online scheduling. I had booked a time slot online but with their online method, you have to "request" a time slot. Then they will confirm through message or email. I waited and waited, never getting a response. So I called them and it got straightened out. But the online booking definitely needs some attention. As for "requesting" a slot, it should just be you get online and book the spot. Otherwise don't have the time available if it's not really available. This is how all other salons do it. Pretty straight forward. Besides that though, hot heads has always been great in every aspect."

"Read reviews and decided to make appt. I had the best results there with Brittany she’s fantastic!! Consulted with her and I believe Bree about what to do with my hair. They gave me ideas. 1st time I’ve ever had low lights & highlights turned out beautiful and very natural. Will go back again!! "
