"Worst nail salon service I’ve ever experienced and they kept pushing me to get dip when I didn’t want it. They didn’t care to listen to what I wanted. The ladies there were careless and non socialable. I am so disappointed and I won’t ever come back here again! My nails look like crap!"

"I would give this nail salon a 1.5 star rating, which I can't do, so I will give it a 2, to be fair. They are not normally very busy, which is nice for walk in appointments. I started going here after a terrible few experiences at 5star nails in high ridge. Overall, most of the time, they do not consistently scrape under nails to remove dirt or other "stuff". Ya'll know what I am talking about without saying it. Today was a worse experience. Tina used her thumb nail to push my cuticles back (so unsanitary) and she was using the cuticle cutters so quickly and hard she cut me a few times. After I said "ow" I think she was scared to remove any on the other nails. I am first to admit I have terrible cuticles, but for $85 without tip, I expect a decent manicure. I don't like gel on my toes, and got the same color for my pedicure as my manicure. As you can see in the pictures, it is not even close. The color I wanted is on my nails in gel. I was told "sometimes the regular polish doesn't match the gel color". I have never had this happen before at this salon or any other. I do like the design on my nails, and Tina offered to repaint my toes, but I didn't have time to stay longer, and didn't have high hopes she could match my nail color. I wasn't offered to enter my phone # for rewards as well. Also both the gentleman and Tina were on their phone talking a mile a minute during my entire service. I just find that rude. I know I can't be on my phone while giving customers service, so I don't understand how it is alright for them at $80/hour. Hope this review helps others in the future, sincerely a gal trying to find a decent nail salon in Jefferson County."

"BEWARE HORRIBLE NAILS. Tina, the owner was VERY RUDE, the two other new customers said the same thing about how rude she was while we were all sitting there. Could not understand what they were saying, she told me $65 and then when I got to the register area it was $90 they upsold me without advising me the price difference. Watch and beware and their nails they do not look good and have several flaws. No wonder there was no waiting when I walked in at 9:30 am. Gel Nails Pedi and eyebrow wax, in and out in under an hour. That tells you quality of service. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Also was yelled at by Tina, I almost got up and walked out, you do not YELL at your customers. Have no idea how they are still in business after reading so many negative reviews. I would give zero stars if I could."

"First time getting my nails done. Wonderful job and so thourogh and effiecent. They had a large selection of colors and options to choose from. There was a steady stream on customers while there and not many employees but they handled getting everyone done in a timely and friendly fashion. Definitely recommend if you don't have much time and need a quick in and out or even if you have a lot of time to relax and treat yourself."
