"I called there to schedule an appointment the lady that answered seemed very frantic like she was very very busy which I understand and is understandable, then when I preceded to talk about what I would like done to my hair, (because she asked) she seemed very irritated with me for no reason. I was trying to give her a Brief description of my hair history but then she cut me off to tell me she doesn’t want to be “responsible “ for the damage and breakage…. she has the right to refuse anyone but the way that she did it was very unprofessional.. she didn’t let me finish. My hair is not damaged, it has been colored professionally and only professionally she has not even seen or touched my hair before so I just don’t understand her reasoning on what just happened."

"I love JC & Co. I have been going there for years. All of the stylists know me and greet me when I come in, and even though only one stylist cares for my hair, she and all the staff care for me as a person. I wouldn't trust any place else with my hair. They are flexible and do everything they can to accommodate your scheduling needs. Over the years, I have observed as they have done little children and their mothers, simple haircuts for men, elaborate styles for special occasions, trending styles for teens, and weekly sets for women of a certain age. Most important, they listen to what YOU want, not whatever they want to do, unless you ask for advice. Then they always know how to advise you. This is the first post I have ever made. Or probably ever will. That's how good they are. KH of House Springs"
