"I usually don't write reviews but I am disappointed about the quality of this mani. I am from out of state and decided to get a mani and pedi at this location. Costed $85 to get both done together. Went there on 5/20/2023 and my nails began to chip by 5/22/2023. Before leaving, there was a bubble on my left thumb which I didn't think much of but then all my nails began to chip. I have the confirmation of payment as well as evidence of service. Everything felt rush since they had a lot of people. I would suggest visiting a different place."

"Very talented! however it was close to closing time by the time they got me in, due to it being so packed. This would not have been an issue however they seemed to rush through the process and I did not leave with what I asked for. The colors weren’t right and the design was completely different, not just a little different. The woman who did my pedi was very nice but the one who did my mani seemed upset that I wanted a design in the first place and then continued to do it in the way she wanted to do it instead of how I wanted it. I was very clearly upset and other staff mentioned something but she kept saying “it doesn’t matter” I won’t be back there, if you decide to go I would go when they first open and have plenty of time so that they don’t have to rush. I believe if they would have taken their time and really cared about the customer I would have walked out happy."
