"Everything on the menu sounded delicious but we decided to try the hamburger. The order was ready in no time and our burger was delicious. The server was very friendly and nice. The tables are chairs were clean. We will return to try some other items on the menu"

"I had their burger, which was absolutely delicious and a hibiscus tea. I went alone, just to have a nice quiet dinner. However, they took forever to charge me out the time I took to sit down, and eat, was much shorter than what they did to charge me for the food. Other people arrived ate and left before I did. I was completely ignored. After I finished my food I had to get up and flag them down so I can pay and leave. Very inconvenient. Shame because the food was good, customer service is key, and because it was lacking I will not return."

"Me and my boyfriend decided to go for the first time to try Diegos. We got there and Gabby our server was amazing super friendly great knowledge on the menu. Diego came to the table to visit and mingle. We got the bone marrow, sweet and salty, beet salad, ribeye quesadillas with mushrooms and we had a lamb burger. Everything is 5 out of 5! 10 out of 10. Amazing flavor good comfort food Diego’s on point he’s got a great menu and a great recipe. Many blessings to him!"

"Who would've thought that a food truck could serve such quality dishes. From the presentation of the dishes to the balance on the flavors, everything was simply perfect. This should be a restaurant by itself. We got the Carnivore hamburger, which is made of beef liver, heart, among other parts of the beef, the flavor was a bit strong but thanks to the veggies and the fries it's very well balanced, we liked it a lot. Also we got the sweet and salty marrow bone, which came with blue corn tortillas, goat cheese with a red onion jam, guacamole that came with Chicharrón and some pieces of sourdough. Everything was extremely good and the owner was going from table to table asking how was everything and he was also happy to give some recommendations. We enjoyed the experience really much. Another thing worth to mention is that they have some vegan options on the menu, glad that more restaurants are adding such options so more people can enjoy."
