She was very humble about her skill set, which she did an amazing job doing a fade haircut. Be surprised how many people have messed up a simple fade but she did an exceptional job. "I tried to get an appointment for my son to get his hair cut. There’s literally no one in the salon. The stylist is sitting at the desk doing nothing. She tells me it will be a 30 minute wait due to her appointment running behind. Instead of taking in a customer, that would take 5 minutes, she makes us wait. It clearly says walk ins! I’m watching from the check out lane. Her appointment arrives and has to wait 8 minutes at the desk because the stylist is shopping now. I go and sit down in the salon. The stylist is now bad mouthing me. She's saying, you can’t just show up and expect to get the next appointment. She doesn’t know I’m in there. Another guy comes in for a haircut and she turned him away. My son is 6. It would have taken 5 minutes for her to buzz his head but she was being Extremely lazy, rude, and turned away two sales. She was only focused and cared about this one appointment and she knew the person. I will go to Great Clips every single time from here on out."
