"This is the worst place to go! Terrible customer service! Terrible hair cuts! My daughters haircut is in the photo cut at a 45 degree angle. I spoke with the assistant manager, Destiny and she was snarky and rude. She is the one that cut my daughters hair at a 45 degree angle. She told me to try and talk to the store manager, Jeanne I had to come back she was even more rude! Her last words call corporate if you don't like that we won't give you your money back. I asked for the general manager and corporate number and she said I won't give you any numbers you need to figure out out and walked away. I have never seen such rude management in my life! Don't go here unless you want terrible service!"

"My girlfriend wanted her hair cut and she said she wanted to go to great clips since they can do it today and I warned her that they don’t have the greatest reputation but she went anyways and it looked awful it looked like the had their chair sitting at a 45 degree angle and tried to make it straight. I already had a terrible experience there and now she has to alongside some of my friends. Never coming back here for a haircut!"
