"Not impressed at all with this place. This was my first time going, Me and about 3 others waited over an hour to be helped. Service was fine, felt very over charged for the basic set I received, then 3 days later my nails were already chipped on the sides. And one nail broke off in my sleep. I take precaution to upkeep my acrylics so I was irritated I’ve never had my nails be in this condition after 3 days, so I call and ask for a refund so I could just go somewhere else, they said they don’t offer refunds but offered to fix my nails, so I made an appointment the same day. I walk in and waited at the desk and every single employee ignored me like I was literally invisible and even helped customers around me. I just sign in and sit down, I sit down for 20 minutes after my appointment time, still being ignored, until I finally said something to one of the employees. The technician that fixes my nail is clearly rushing, and the nail was a completely different shape from the rest of my nails. Complete waste of my time and money, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody. The photos are how my nails looked after 3 days."

"visited this salon the day before NYE, an hr and a half before closing. at the front counter I asked for a gel full set. I get in the chair and the tech asks what color I want, I said a blush pink and she starts putting colored acrylic on my nails which I did not ask for. she rushed through the entire process, barely doing any drilling on my nails. charged me $55 and 3 days later the acrylic was lifting and looking crusty around the cuticles. will never go here again."

"The visit started off in a very bad way. The technician (male) was rude, aggressive, and combative. I had asked for my natural nails to be trimmed before the application of the tips. He did so, but not without me further pushing the matter and insisting on it. Then, as the tips were being applied, some were very askew. I asked for this to be rectified and was again met with resistance. Finally, as I attempted to explain to him that one of my fingers can't bend correctly, and asked why he was acting this way and he just up and left. However, all that aside, I was quickly placed in the hands of another technician. Amy was amazing, thorough, detail oriented and friendly. Despite her letting me know that she hadn't previously done this shape/style, she absolutely knocked it out of the park. I would see her again without hesitation and would recommend her to my friends and family if they were looking for a nail tech. AMY, YOU ARE FREAKING AWESOM"

"This place charged me 68 dollars for a full acrylic gel set!! I asked how because online prices started at 35. They told me the online prices weren’t up to date yet..uh ok. So they said acrylics are 48. And I know gel is extra so that was another ten but I asked what the last ten was and they charged me five for my shape choice! You have to shape a nail regardless how can you charge that?? Mind you, I just got an almond shape. They also charged the other 5 for my length even though I told my nail tech twice to shorten them. I also want to mention I got no nail designs and just got a basic nude color. . I will never recommend this place to anyone who asks."

"I love the cleanliness and the fast service. My pedicures can be better. A couple of them have given foot rubs not massages. It's not very often that I have to wait long. Overall the best I town."
