"Giving three stars due to random little things that could be improved... they send out promotional texts to encourage customers to come in but they are very misleading and when questioned about it, they mention they'll discount it "next time". We were checking out asking about the text discount, and even though they could have discounted it right then and there, they said "next time". Depending on who does your nails, depends on if they will be great or just okay. I've gone a few times and have repeatedly asked for the tech to be gentle and still get nicked by the drill machine, even bled once. Asked for specific things not to be done, only to be ignored. I understand the language barrier but if I am showing you signs of discomfort, please be able to acknowledge that it's painful on my end. Pricing is a bit high, and doesn't seem to be consistent each time. I would suggest asking and confirming the price before beginning any service. Like I said, depending on who does your nails, depends on whether you will have a great experience or not."

"Annie did such an amazing job on my French tip acrylic nails!!! It was one of the best acrylic sets and best French I have ever gotten! I had so many compliments on my nails. I had about 6 different people ask me who did them and where! She is incredibly sweet and incredibly talented!!! She really cares about her clients and cares for giving them an amazing experience. She asked me the entire time along the way if the shape was fine, if everything looked fine, if I was happy and satisfied with everything and I totally was! She cares about making her clients happy and going the extra mile to fulfill her clients needs!"

"Got a classic pedicure and while the bowl is wrapped in plastic all the tools and everything are dirty. They drilled the gel off my nails and it hurt pretty bad. To top it all off the gel nail polish application was just not good at all. When I asked for $10 off because I have to get it removed somewhere else they still charged full price ($45). I will add pictures to review and you can judge for yourself."
