"Came in for an oil change and was upsold on cabin and engine filters, which is fine. I showed the service guy a coupon mailed to me, and he applied it to the oil change. However, he failed to apply the other coupon to the filters sold and installed. You offer the coupons and I brought it with me and I mentioned it, yet you failed to honor/apply it to service you upsold me on, a practice that I sometimes see happen there and sometimes I do not. Some of their service guys have done a fine job in the past, but the oil change took well over 2 hours, a time during which I saw how other clients are treated and as a loyal customer for 3 years, I have a good sample size to see that my business is not valued. Unfortunately, I don't see myself returning."
