"I really want to like this place. The owners are really nice and welcoming so 5 stars for that. I got a upgrade pedicure that was $53...the tech was very nice, and the polish looks amazing, but the massage was pretty non existent, and some issues I was specifically asking to be addressed were not. For that price I expected way more. The full set of acrylics I got ..... egh...I have spent days trying to correct the shape and size. Each nail was a different length and width. Really annoying to me when I take a lot of pride in my nails."

"They say they take walk ins and appointments, but none of my appointments have ever been honored. Also, don’t try scheduling it online, they don’t monitor it. Outside of those things, they are very friendly and they are attentive once they start working with you, and I’ve never felt rushed."

"Amazing service. If you need to truly feel pampered this place is it. The staff are all incredible. Lee did amazing things with my feet and hot stone massage. They are very aware of health. Everything was in packets for 1 time use. I went in and was stressed out. Came out relaxed and fabulous."

"I like this location. I have gone the past few months and while I usually go in the middle of the day when it's not busy, it doesn't take too long. My nails seem to last awhile, which I appreciate. I have noticed the tech will get on the phone and talk without really acknowledging you, but she did a good job and I don't usually want the small tall anyway. I've noticed others there complain about how long their pedicure took or when it got busy."
