"I have been to this establishment a total of three times now. The first time I was a cash, paying customer and I have no complaints. The second time I went with a gift card. Somebody gave me a present at the gift card at the beginning of the visit, I was told the prices on the menu were wrong and they charged me more for the pedicure. My father-in-law loves to give me gift cards to this place and I have been saving them for two years. I took $200 in gift certificates yesterday. I was saving them up for when I had a friend come to visit me. I decided to present them at the end of my visit this time, when it came time to pay and I gave them the gift cards, they would not except two of them because he said they were purchased a year ago and they don’t except them after six months. I did make the statement I never saw that there was an expiration date. I didn’t think they would be one since they’ve already been paid for the service, and when I made that verbal to the gentleman, I believe his name was Mike he just looked at me with a blank stare, and still would not except them. I will not go back."
