"Completely trash establishment I wouldn't bring my dog here. Work next door and nail started to lift. Went to ask for a drop of glue and was willing to pay for it. Was told I'd have to wait an hour. Complete joke of a place. Would never recommend not even to my worst enemy. Go anywhere but here."

"normally I’m not one to complain but I’m super disappointed. i went in to get a fill, fix a few nails and get a pedicure. they started with my pedi, and I showed a picture of what I wanted for my hands and just asked for the toes to match color wise, but I wanted a BASIC pedi, not gel. without my knowledge the man used gel polish on my toes because they didn’t have the “orange color” i wanted in basic polish. I feel like I should have been told, or atleast asked if that was okay??? what if I wouldn’t have had the money to cover the extra charge for gel? after my hands were completed I went to pay and I was told the total and I questioned it.. the two woman got very defensive and told me to go sit down and they would take off the gel polish and find a new color… but if I would have done that my toes wouldn’t match my fingers and I would have to sit another 2-3 hours and change my finger color as well??? I just personally don’t think that was right. i ended up paying the total and leaving but I don’t think that’s how costumer service should be. erg!!!! Edit- also didn’t really clean up around the nails when finished, left the airbrush stains and didn’t do any cuticle work.. When taking a closer look you can see tiny things underneath the paint.. ):"

"Extremely pleased with this nail salon. Andy did an amazing job and I couldn’t be happier. Upon entering Pretty Nails the floor was being mopped… in the middle of the day mind you… which added to the already clean atmosphere. Everyone was super nice and friendly and I was attended to right away. Andy walked me through everything he was doing and even offered to figure out the price before getting started so I knew what I was getting into. The price was very fair for what I wanted done. Overall I have nothing but a huge smile on my face and am so glad I walked into Pretty Nails on a whim! They have won me over! "This place really cares about the health, and care of your nails. Amy did an amazing job shaping my nails, and knew the exact length I wanted them. Throughout the whole process they were all constantly checking that I loved everything, and the prices are amazing!! As someone who gets her nails done every three weeks, it was a blessing. I will definitely be back."
