"I never got the experience of actually going to the salon due to their ridiculous appointment rescheduling fees. I bought a Groupon to try this salon for a set of eyelash extensions. When I called to reschedule my appointment due to not getting off work in time I was charged $125 for a cancellation fee. I was not about to dish out another $125 to get the extensions done. They need to reconsider they're rescheduling/cancellation policy. I would understand a REASONABLE and affordable fee but I'm not going to pay double the price for ONE service. I have never been to a salon who charged this much."
