"Terrible... called the company, and she told me they'd get back with me right away, never did. I called them back a week later. She apologized and gave me the man's number so I could text him directly. I did with my info. He said he would look at my info and email or text me back with my estimate. I've never heard back from anyone. They must be either too busy for my business or they are just that disheveled. I called another company in Cedar Hill. They called me back the same day and did the work within 2 weeks. It probably all worked out for the best."

"This is the second time we used Imperial Fence to fix or replace our fencing. We recently had an old wood fence. Get knocked over by the wind a few months ago and called imperial they immediately had someone come out and assess the damage and schedule us to have our fencing replaced. We replaced a 97' fence and it only took them a few hours to put the posts and concrete, one day and this morning it took them only three hours to put up the whole fence and clean up everything.
