"The pros: Good countertop at a very low price. Nice employees willing to bend the price to make you happy. The cons: I ordered my plain white countertops the beginning of November and didn't receive them until December. I was told a week and a half. I called a few times (they didn't), and said they were not ready yet, and the one time I called they said they had to put mine on the back burner for the kitchens getting ready for Thanksgiving. I was quite upset about that since I just needed 2 small pieces for my laundry room. When I picked it up, they told me how I could have had it delivered for free since I lived in the same town. How was I suppose to know that if no one tells me?? Other dislikes were the organization, they have paperwork everywhere and they couldn't find my order. Dirty showroom, but to be expected with debris from the garage. You have to weigh the pros and cons - cheap and good quality vs. customer service."
