"They installed my Intoxalock Baaid device on my car maybe 6 mos ago. They butchered my car, my steering column is coming apart, I have wires and stuff hanging from my hood and gas tank release. I just tried to get my emissions done and they can't get to whatever it is they have to hook up to because of this. I've had 2 false lockouts because of their inferior work. My 11 year old probably couldve done a better job. Intoxalock customer service is a joke, all they can do is send me a form that they will MAYBE be able to reimburse, not pay for their preferred shop that can't even put it together right. How does an auto place not know anything about cars??? Oh and it takes Intoxalock 24-48 business hours to send an email, which would be a standard form. Seriously??? I can't afford to pay to get this fixed up front. They also expect me to bring it back to the place that has no idea what they're doing to begin with. Now I can't get my emissions done, which means my plates will be bad which means I can still get in trouble driving when the purpose of this horrible device is to keep me out of trouble. I need this fixed like yesterday. Horrible company, and horrible shop. I only used them because they were the closest available at the time to get it done so I didn't lose my driving privileges. I am beyond angry. I always try to be calm and civil with people, but nobody is making this easy. This is not something I should have to pay to fix. I took the best pictures I could but it's even worse than it looks."

"Had my baiid installed here over a year ago and didn't have any issues other then they did a sloppy job with the install and left stuff hanging out everywhere. Fast forward in time I come back to have my baiid reinstalled not knowing I couldn't even have it installed because my license just needed to be reinstated. The intoxalock and the owner of this shop both told me I was good to install it and drive with it which would have got me in really big trouble. I luckily was able to cancel before they started anything but then I went back to get my key the owner had left it locked in a box. One of the workers then decided it'd ve a good idea to start showing a big ol rusty wrench in there and trying to grab my key with it. He handed me the wrong key at first then after about a minute of waiting he hands me my key with the buttons all busted in. Called and his only response was sorry but that'd really not my problem and keys are cheap. Used to thunk highly of you guys! Update since Luis wants to throw out fake information. The reason I didn't have to get my baiid installed is because it's reinstated. Luis didn't seem to understand that part. Only reason I was getting the baiid installed was because of lies told to me by you Luis. I asked multiple times if I could get it installed legally and you kept rushing through the phone calls so you could make some quick money off me."
